On Tuesday, October 12th 2010, David Branigan, the International Programs Director of Bikes Not Bombs, wrote: "Just to let you know, Ability Bikes received the container from Working Bikes last week and cleared it without a problem. This container was critical in supporting Ability Bikes to generate the needed funds to pay off their 10-year rent deposit for the new storage space, and bank some funds as operating capital. Thanks for this amazing support. The Ability Bikes workers send their greetings and gratitude. I will keep you informed of project developments in the future." | ||

We stuffed 487 bikes (387 adult MTBs & 100 20" BMX, etc.) into the container, along with extra wheels & tyres, etc. We WILL be filling a container bound for Angola this coming Saturday, September 4th. This shipment is being arranged with our partners at the SHAREcircle. | ||
